On Saturday I went out with Sam, aka @beardedspearo, on one of his underwater foraging courses, with the aim of hunting lobster.
I went with the intention of just learning from Sam and had no expectations of actually landing a lobster. However, thanks to Sam’s guidance and instruction I managed to land two!
I can’t recommend this course enough, or any course that Sam chooses to run for that matter.
Sam is a natural coach/instructor, who’s energy, passion for what he does and easy going nature means that he keeps his students engaged. He keeps the theory involving and interesting, so when you come to do the practical diving/foraging all the information he has imparted is easily remembered, so it gets put to good use.
Massive thanks Sam, can’t wait to get back in the water and hunt some more!
